Personal support is routinely discussed and offered. You decide whether to use it. It can address structure, workload, decision-making and practical needs at home. An independent coach or qualified healthcare professional can be involved where appropriate.
How we can help
- 01Map priorities, responsibilities and available support.
- 02Organise a manageable rhythm for meetings, decisions and recovery time.
- 03Prepare for difficult business or personal conversations.
- 04Help identify an appropriate coach, crisis psychologist or child psychologist.
- 05Coordinate practical family help, such as transport, meals or pet care, with clear consent.
Clear responsibilities
Business support and coaching do not replace psychological treatment or medical care. For health concerns, a general practitioner is an appropriate first contact.
Frequently asked questions
Is this coaching or psychological treatment?
Support focuses on practical structure, workload and business decisions. Psychological treatment is a separate form of care provided by an appropriately qualified professional.
Can my partner or family be involved?
This can be discussed if you wish. We agree in advance who is involved, the purpose and what information is shared.
Can personal and business support run together?
Yes, both needs can be discussed together. Roles, confidentiality arrangements and responsibilities are defined separately.
Is personal support compulsory?
No. It is routinely offered, but taking it up remains optional. Scope, fees and the payer are agreed separately.
Can my company pay for personal support?
The client can be an individual or a company. A company may also pay for personal support, subject to appropriate authority and clear engagement and information-sharing arrangements. Any internal repayment agreement sits outside Everion.
